Fleet Coordinator

San Diego, CA • On-site

Be the day-to-day link between our drivers and our fleet — onboarding, maintenance coordination, and vehicle swaps. Fluent Spanish and English required.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers via WhatsApp, phone, and text, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
Screen and onboard new drivers by verifying credentials, conducting vehicle inspections with photos, executing rental agreements, and collecting security deposits.
Coordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs with GM service partners, manage vehicle breakdowns, and oversee our 4-hour reserve vehicle swap process.
Monitor vehicle status, utilization, and rent collections using internal systems.
Maintain accurate driver records, insurance documentation, and vehicle registrations to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Deliver a high level of customer service while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Required.
2+ years of experience in fleet operations, rideshare/TNC operations, car rental, dealership service, logistics, or a similar customer-facing operations role.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
Comfortable using technology and operations management software.
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willing and able to drive full-size SUVs for vehicle swaps and customer handoffs.
Availability to work on call.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with the San Diego professional driver community.
Arabic or Farsi language skills.
Experience with TCP regulations, DMV processes, or commercial auto insurance.
